Responsibilities & Duties
职责
1.Based on all quality relevant activities ranging from purchasing, production, testing to storage and delivery, to prepare a Quality control plan and Product quality specification and QC inspection report (Checklist).
1.根据产品从采购来料,生产,测试到储存和运输等相关的阶段,制定产品质量控制计划、产品质量规格和QC验货报告(检查表)
2.Based on legal requirement in related country and product's construction, prepare a Product Safety Guideline, and Force diagram (whenever applicable)
2.根据相关国家的法律法规要求及产品本身的结构,制定产品安全指导书和测试受力图(当产品需要时)
3.Maintain company's Quality system, including document preparing, reveiw and issue.
3.维护好公司内部的质量体系包括相关文件的编制、审核和发布。
4.Based on Product's quality requirement, conduct QC inspection in our vendor, and finish inspection report, release to management.
4.根据产品的质量要求,在供应商的工厂进行验货,并完成验货报告,再分发给公司的管理层
5.Conduct factory quality system audit in period, and finish audit report, release to management.
5.周期性地针对供应商进行质量体系的审核,并完成报告,再分发给公司的管理层。
6.Conduct EP or FEP test for new product on pre-production or development stage, prepare the test report and follow defect's correction, insure only pass product can be released to mass production.
6.再产品的开发或产前阶段进行新产品EP或FEP测试,完成测试报告,并跟进相关产品缺陷的纠正,保证只有合格的产品才能进行大规模生产。
7.Responsible for Non-conformance management and investigation, and issuing Preventive and Corrective Action (CAPA) to related dept. or vendor, when needed and following up their implementation
7.负责组织不符合管理及调查,并发出纠正与预防措施通知给相关部门或供应商,当需要的时候需跟进相关措施的执行.
8.Be responsible for the investigation of all product quality related customer complaints and for ensuring that all corrective actions are effectively implemented in order to prevent re-occurrence.
8.负责调查相关产品的客户投诉,保证所有纠正措施能有效地执行,从而防止再发生。
9.Assist vendor to solve the problem of operation of Manufacturing and Quality system.
9.协助供应商解决生产和质量体系运作过程中的问题

Education
教育程度
College graduate or above. Major in engineering, physics or other relevant major, have 3 years of Enterprise Management background is better.
大专或以上学历,工程或物理等相关专业,有最少3年的企业管理经验。

Work Experience
工作经历
Have solid knowledge on manufacturing and Quality Assurance System, especially in Plastic and metal toys, have the experience to prepare quality standard and Standard Operation Procedure, have the ability in organization and conduct,
对工厂生产和在力量保证体系的运作流程有一定的认识,尤其是针对塑胶和合金玩具,有制定产品标准和运作程序的经验,有组织和实施的能力。
Abilities
Good ability in English expression and computer operation, good organization, be ready to find out problems, good interpersonal relationship and team working consciousness, have strong sense of responsibility and principle.
能力
熟悉英语表达(口语和书面表达)和计算机炒作技巧,时刻准备着发现问题,良好的人际关系和团队合作精神,有强烈的责任心和原则。


跟单采购员(文员)职位要求
Responsibilities & Duties
职责:
1. Based on Engineering requirement, search for suitable supplier, and send out purchase order
1.根据工程要求,寻找适合供应商,下达采购订单;
2. Pricing of variance of product.
2.产品报价
3.Following and confirmation of purchase order, adjust the merchandise plan whenever needed.
3.采购订单的跟进、确定及在需要的时候对采购计划进行调整;
4.Handling of non-conformance product in Negotiation Treatment, when necessary a on site follow-up is needed in supplier's facotry.
4.对供应商不合格物料的协调处理,必要时需至供应商处跟进;
5.Deal with internal office affair( Client's visit, typing and some copying work, meeting minutes)
5.管理办公室内务,招待客人、复印,文字处理和会议记录。

Requirement:
岗位要求:
1.Excellent English expression skill( Listening, writing, reading and speaking);
1.较强的英文听说读写能力
2.Strong sense of responsibility and skill of solving complex problem.
2.责任心及灵活处理问题能力较强;
3.Can use office software skillfully
3.熟悉办公软件的使用;
4.At least 1 year experience in merchandising, familiar with plastic and metal product is preferable.
4.最少一年采购跟单工作经验,熟悉塑胶合金产品者优先。
